We will process your order within 24 to 36 business hours.
A 20 percent discount off the list price is offered to colleges/schools and libraries. Prices do not include shipping and GST. Payment on invoiced purchases is due 30 days from the date of the invoice. Prepayment is required for individual or small quantity purchases. Payment may be made by cheque or VISA. Past due accounts are subject to a 2 percent per month administrative charge.
Claims for shortage or damaged items must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt.

RETURNS
Our written authorization is required for the return of publications. Publications may be returned for credit within one year from the date of the invoice, provided the returned items are in mint, re-saleable condition upon our receipt. Items returned not in mint, re-saleable condition will be returned to sender. A 10 percent restocking charge applies to returns.
